they attempted to charge my account multiple times a day. and before I could figure out how to cancel the subscription I was already too late and got charged $8.93 exactly two minutes into adding funds to my account. I was hoping to get a refund because I can't afford that service. but I havent found any way to contact them to place that request. be careful which apps you try out.

For all the things this app has entailed. It doesn't do all I expected, what it says it can do. Now for lights and water, yea. Unless you have to pay for the bio. advice. now that wasn't advertised, but here we are. I lost my first set of plants with them,and they contented me back and have help with my new set. now, this is always advice and not mandatory to follow because I would have lost plants i have had for over 30 years. As you can see, I do have mixed feelings about this app. 👋

it's supposed to give you a 7-day trial but soon as you download it they charge you $4.99 or whatever plan you pick. they should wait until you do your 7-day trial to take your money. and now I can't even figure out how to cancel the subscription and I've only had that subscription for 15 minutes. to me if they pull your money out before the 7 days then they're trying to scam yo
