I am a paid member. this morning I could not get in account. I reset password and when I got in, my subscription is gone. my account is asking me to pay 69$ for year when i just purchased subscription 2 weeks ago. I have sent 6 emails with screenshots, and they are not responding to email.-UPDATE: They have resolved the issue. The response and help took awhile. The app works great now.

The categories have a 'see all' option, but only the makeup category expands. The other categories did not allow me to expand. The bodies did not look realistic, but plasticy. One photo had me with three hands & another with one thin leg and one thick leg. Photos of me standing far away had a distorted face when zoomed in. It's a cool idea and it was fun but They need to tweak this to be a little bit better.

I cancelled my subscription at least 6 times and every single time I would see an attempted charge for 23.08 a couple days later. Well, shame on me for not locking my debit card. I just got TRIPLE CHARGED. AFTER CANCELLING. I used this app for less than 15 minutes. I redownload the app, because that's the only way to get to support, just to find out my subscription wasn't cancelled!!!!! HOW?!?!? So I request a refund, ONE charge falls off. I'm still out 46.16. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!!!
