it's definitely the best, highest paying cash fronting app that I've ever found. I am exceptionally grateful for Tilt, and have been a member on here since long before the name change. I deeply appreciate the fact that I can borrow up to $200. I appreciate the fact that my repayment can be split up into multiple payments. The only part I struggle with is how deeply upsetting it is that the repayment is never settled in a timely manner, and I am stuck in waiting while my money is in limbo so long

During the change from Empower to Tilt, the app immediately pulled back a payment after an advance. Needing the advance, I did another draw, even though that meant paying for the draw again. Found out that the payment for the draw was not credited, even though they reset the draw amount available, and now I have double payments due at the end of the month. AND THERE IS NO OPTION FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONTACT ON THE APP/WEBSITE.

For years I used this, it always worked well and helped me out a lot! I even acquired some good credit within the app. Then I had to get a new bank account. That's when the app became useless. It doesn't allow you to switch accounts if it's within the same institution. They literally want you to find a new banking institution just to change your checkings. Horrible experience. This forced me to close out my account with Tilt because I didn't find an entire new bank!
